Debbe and Marek Wojak have more than 27+ years experience in the computer industry. Debbe ran her own computer business in the US catering to the 50+ crowd, specialising in tutoring, computer maintenance, and spyware-virus removal. Our objective is provide premium service at an affordable price. We will make every effort to ensure that the repair of your pc is as stress-free as possible.

- Quality of Service and Parts: At Cyberfox we only use parts that we would use in our own computers. We will always be honest and upfront with our customers. We will strive to finish each job in a timely fashion. Should a job run overtime you will always be notified of the delay well before you need to know. Remember, if we are not able to fix your computer, you will not be charged.
- Personalised Service: At Cyberfox we love giving personalised service. Each customer is a unique individual and their needs are just as unique. We will give each customer the time, effort and support that they require.
- Education: We believe that those who want to learn about their pc should have every opportunity to do so. We provide tutoring sessions in your home with your computer. Each tutoring session is unique to the individual. The client is asked to prepare a list of things they want to learn before I arrive. This is critical in the success of the tutoring session. I come with no preorganised agenda - the client provides me with their learning agenda. There is a 2 hour maximum for any given tutoring session. I also provide "cliff notes" after each tutoring session. At the end of each day, individualised notes are created for each tutoring session completed that day. The notes are then emailed to the client. The notes will cover procedures learned during that day's tutoring session - more often than not, I also provide screen-shots for those clients that like more of a pictorial than text.
- On-going Tech Support: We promise that once you have your computer back, if you have ANY dramas whatsoever, you are free to ring us up and we will be more than happy to give tech support over the phone. We are always happy to help with phone support should it be required. Have a look at GeekSpeak our new online tech support and news website. - Affordability:Our business is operated from home, helping to minimise our costs and making owning a computer more affordable for you.
- Security for your data: Sometimes there is nothing left to do but reformat and start over. Please know that in every instance (where possible) we will back your data up and restore it once the reinstall has taken place. Please note that sometimes due to hardware failure or other unforeseen circumstance data backup is not possible - in this case you would be notified straight away.
